At Friday morning’s plenary session, Trustee Tom Loughrey presented the preliminary credentialing report, detailing who is participating in General Assembly this year.
Loughrey said there are 85 off-site delegates, including 73 members of congregations and 12 ministers emeriti, representing 55 congregations in 22 U.S. states.
On-site, there are 1,247 delegates, 311 ministers, 22 ministers emeriti, two directors of religious education, 25 board members, and four delegates from associate member organizations. There are 1,611 total delegates in attendance, representing 372 congregations in 49 U.S. states and one Canadian province.
The total registration is 3,256 people, including 230 youth.
