'Army Wives' TV show features UU church
The second of two episodes of the Lifetime series Army Wives to feature the Unitarian Church in Charleston, S.C. has aired. Previously, in episode 5 (at about 35:39), a soldier about to deploy to Iraq comes to the church to find out about getting her baby baptized. The following episode (at about 35:37) features the child's dedication service. The scenes were filmed in the church's sanctuary and members of the congregation were invited to be part of the filming. You can watch the episodes online. (mylifetime.com - 7.5.09)
