Mya Sophia is a Black biracial young adult woman who has been a UU all her life. An activist and author, she currently goes to Sanctuary Boston and is a member of DRUUMM. Her poetry has appeared in the Skinner House books BLUU Notes (2022) and Shelter in This Place (2021).
