Where can you find practical resources for your congregation’s leaders? Visit the UUA’s new interactive Leader Lab, which offers webinars, on-demand courses, how-to articles, and other resources. Among the offerings: a twelve-session training program for congregational board members, which can be used as part of board meetings.
Leader Lab is designed as a learning community, inviting comments, ratings, and feedback from users. Its UU Leadership Institute courses include free and premium series on topics including leadership development, fundraising, revitalizing smaller congregations, and volunteer sustainability.
